Your shopping bag

The bag saves product variant references and quantities in your browser. Those selections are sent to our server to check prices and availability. Bag storage does not contain your contact details, address or payment card information, and adding a piece does not place an order.

Checkout preview

The checkout preview sends your entered contact and UK delivery details to our server when you request a review. They are validated and returned to the current page, without being saved as an order or stored in your browser. Reloading clears those details. Reviewing alone does not collect payment details or reserve stock. When test payments are enabled, continuing saves a private test order in Supabase, temporarily reserves stock and sends the required customer, delivery and item details to Stripe-hosted Checkout. Use test customer details. Payment details are entered on Stripe, not on this website.

Contact enquiries

The contact form is currently unavailable; you can email our customer care address directly. When enabled, the form requires your name, email, phone number and message. It includes a submission time and reference so the team can respond and manage retries.

Please avoid sending payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information. If you choose not to supply a required form field, the form cannot send your enquiry; you can still browse the collection or email us.

Technical information

Website requests and security checks may involve your IP address, browser or device information and request metadata. Hosting and logging arrangements are still being confirmed.

Information supports the shopping bag you request, responses to your enquiries and protection of the site against abuse. Contact messages are not used to automatically subscribe you to marketing.

When the contact form is enabled, Resend processes enquiry emails for delivery to our support inbox and Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a form submission appears automated. See Cloudflare’s privacy information below. The hosting provider, support mailbox provider, processing locations and any necessary international-transfer safeguards are still being confirmed.

Your saved bag remains in local browser storage until removed or cleared by you or your browser. Short-lived anti-abuse counters use a hashed email identifier; expired entries are removed on subsequent requests or when the server process restarts. An optional private Supabase inbox can retain verified, successfully emailed enquiries for customer care when its server integration is enabled. Authorised administrators can read, archive and delete those messages; the business must confirm its enquiry retention period before launch.

Depending on the circumstances and legal basis, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your information, or ask for a portable copy. You may also have a right to object to processing. If a future activity relies on consent, you will be able to withdraw that consent.

When enabled, a Cloudflare Turnstile check helps protect the contact form. A check can reject an automated submission; customer care remains available by email. Read the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum for information about the security signals it processes.

We do not use this preview to make automated purchase or credit decisions.

Customer accounts, real-money payments and newsletter subscriptions are not active in this preview. Sandbox payments may be enabled for testing; test orders are private and do not purchase garments. The business must confirm test-order retention and the final order/payment privacy disclosures before launch. The storefront has no analytics or advertising trackers. This notice must be updated before new collection or tracking begins.
